L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une mousse de polyuréthane à plusieurs duretés et à plusieurs élasticités au moyen d'un processus de moussage de type par lot qui peut appliquer une distribution de pression corporelle optimale et des effets de maintien de la forme du corps pour un individu en formant un matelas en mousse de polyuréthane d'un seul tenant, sans le produire sous forme d'éléments séparés ni les assembler ou les coller les uns aux autres, ledit matelas pouvant présenter différentes dureté et élasticité par zone de façon à s'adapter aux caractéristiques et aux conditions corporelles d'un individu.
