L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une mousse de polyuréthane à plusieurs duretés et à plusieurs élasticités au moyen d'un processus de moussage de type par lot qui peut appliquer une distribution de pression corporelle optimale et des effets de maintien de la forme du corps pour un individu en formant un matelas en mousse de polyuréthane d'un seul tenant, sans le produire sous forme d'éléments séparés ni les assembler ou les coller les uns aux autres, ledit matelas pouvant présenter différentes dureté et élasticité par zone de façon à s'adapter aux caractéristiques et aux conditions corporelles d'un individu. 개인의 신체 특성 및 조건에 맞게 영역별로 서로 다른 경도와 탄성을 가질 수 있는 폴리우레탄 폼 매트리스를 각각 별개로 제작하여 조립하거나 접착하지 않고 일체로 형성할 수 있도록 하여 개인별 최적의 체압분산과 체형유지 효과를 구현할 수 있는, 배치형 발포 공정을 이용한 다경도 다탄성 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조 방법을 개시한다.
