Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed by the present application is a strip-shaped test card fixing and positioning device, comprising a card holder and a test card; a card slot that is used for placing the test card is provided on the card holder, the card slot being slightly larger than the test card; a pressing plate is provided at a top portion of the card holder, the pressing plate partially covering directly above of the card slot; through holes are opened at a bottom portion and on a side wall of the card slot, elastic ejection mechanisms being provided within the through holes, and balls being disposed between the elastic ejection mechanisms and the test card. The present solution positions and fixes the test card by means of replacing sheet metal pieces with balls so as to change sheet-type surface contact to point contact, thereby reducing surface abrasion during the positioning or fixing of the test card; meanwhile, under the action of the elastic ejection mechanisms, the balls may better support the test card, positioning an
