Zusammenfassung:	A TFT array substrate, a corresponding production method and a liquid crystal display panel, characterized in that: at least a substrate (100) and a thin film transistor layer are provided on the TFT array substrate (10); a passivation layer (106) and a pixel electrode layer (107) are disposed on the thin film transistor layer; and at least one via (12, 14) is formed in the passivation layer; a support (15) is disposed in each via and the supports have the same horizontal plane for supporting the lower surface of a CF substrate (16) paired with the TFT array substrate. Therefore, height differences in respect of the vias on the surface of the TFT array substrate can be reduced, and the thickness uniformity and the flatness of an alignment film can be improved to enhance the display effect of the liquid crystal display panel.
