Obtained surfactants can be used primarily as polymeric surfactants. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de tensioactifs polymères de poids moléculaire bas et/ou moyen pourvus un équilibre hydrophile-lipophile défini (indice BLH), sur la base de l'utilisation efficace de l'estérification et/ou de la transestérification d'esters organiques et/ou d'acides organiques par des alcools organiques. Les tensioactifs obtenus peuvent être utilisés principalement en tant que tensioactifs polymères.
