ANTIBODY SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO BOVINE PREGNANCY-ASSOCIATED GLYCOPROTEIN 1 AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to an antibody specifically binding to bovine pregnancy-associated glycoprotein 1 (bPAG1) or an antigen-binding fragment thereof; a hybridoma cell producing the antibody; a composition comprising the antibody as an effective ingredient for diagnosing bovine pregnancy; a kit for diagnosis of bovine pregnancy; and a method for diagnosis of bovine pregnancy. Binding specifically to bPG1, which is a pregnancy-associated plasma protein in cows, the antibody allows the simple diagnosis of pregnancy in animals such as cows of which the reproduction is important and thus can find useful applications in the livestock industry by increasing reproduction efficiency.
