Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: novel selenopsammaplin A and a derivative thereof, which have anticancer activity; a preparation method therefor; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as active ingredients and, more specifically, to: a novel compound selenopsammaplin A and a derivative thereof which exhibit more excellent anticancer activity since a disulfide moiety thereof is substituted with diselenide according to research on the structural activity of psammaplin A, which is known to have an effect of inhibiting the growth of cancer cells; a preparation method therefor; and a composition for preventing or treating cancer, containing the same as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the novel selenopsammaplin A and the derivative thereof exhibit excellent anticancer activity on various human cancer cell lines so as to be expected to be effectively usable in a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention and treatment.
La présente invention concerne : de nouvelles sélénopsammapline A et un dérivé de celle-ci, qui ont une activité anticancéreuse ; un procédé de préparation associé ; et une composition pharmaceutique les contenant en tant que principes actifs et, plus particulièrement : un nouveau composé de sélénopsammapline A et un dérivé de celui-ci qui présentent une excellente activité anticancéreuse, étant donné qu'une fraction disulfure correspondante est substituée par du diséléniure selon la recherche sur l'activité structurale de la psammapline A, qui est connue pour avoir un effet d'inhibition de la croissance de cellules cancéreuses ; un procédé de préparation associé ; et une composition pour prévenir ou traiter le cancer, contenant ceux-ci en tant que principes actifs. La nouvelle séléopsammapline A et le dérivé de celle-ci, selon la présente invention présentent une excellente activité anticancéreuse sur diverses lignées de cellules cancéreuses humaines et sont destinés à être utilisés de manière efficace dans une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention et le traitement du cancer.
본 발명은 항암 활성을 갖는 신규 셀레노사마필린 A와 그 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 암세포의 성장억제 효과가 알려진 사마필린 A와 관련하여 구조 활성 연구에 따라 디설파이드 부분이 디셀레나이드로 치환되어 더 우수한 항암활성을 나타내는 새로운 화합물 셀레노사마필린 A 및 그 유도체와, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규 셀레노사마필린 A와 그 유도체는 다양한 인간 암 세포주에 대해 우수한 항암 활성을 나타낸바, 암 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
