Zusammenfassung:The present application relates to three-layered noodles and a method for producing the same. Through a method for producing rolled-extruded-rolled three-layered noodles, it is possible to manufacture high-quality noodles (raw noodles, steamed noodles, frozen noodles, processed noodles, instant non-fried noodles, instant fried noodles, etc.) which have excellent smoothness and elasticity and also have a soft texture and feel good when swallowed, and which excellently maintain the structure thereof over time after being boiled. La présente demande concerne des nouillles trois couches et leur procédé de production. Le procédé de production de nouilles trois couches laminées-extrudées-laminées selon la présente demande permet d'obtenir des nouilles de qualité supérieure (nouilles crues, nouilles cuites à la vapeur, nouilles congelées, nouilles transformées, nouilles instantanées non frites, nouilles instantanées frites, etc.) ayant une excellente surface lisse et élasticité.
