Zusammenfassung:The present group of inventions relates to facilities for producing liquid carbon dioxide, dry ice and nitrogen by the membrane separation of gases, and more particularly to methods for producing or extracting carbon dioxide from fuel combustion or oxidation products, enzymatic processing products, flue gases, lime kiln waste gases, and biogas. The present group of inventions includes an apparatus and a method for producing liquid carbon dioxide from carbon dioxide-containing gas mixtures, in which membranes based on organosilicon polymers with a СО2/nitrogen selectivity of not less than 9 and high carbon dioxide permeability of not less than 400 GPU are used as membranes for isolating and concentrating carbon dioxide gas, wherein a low-pressure compressor and vacuum pumps are used to generate a pressure drop on the membranes, and wherein the working pressure of a second and third compressor is set higher than the working pressure of the first compressor by at least 0.1 MPa. Furthermore, flows from a point L and a point N can be directed to an additional membrane separation unit (6) for the isolation of nitrogen without additional compression. The technical result of the group of inventions is that of increasing the efficiency with which liquid carbon dioxide is produced from carbon dioxide-containing gas mixtures, while at the same time reducing setup costs and running expenses, and also making it possible to additionally recover nitrogen and to provide a compact facility. Le présent groupe d'inventions concerne les stations de production de dioxyde de carbone liquide, de glace de CO2, d'azote, par procédés de séparation de gaz à membrane et notamment des procédés de production ou d'élimination de dioxyde de carbone à partir de produits de combustion ou d'oxydation de combustible et de produits de transformation fermentative à partir de gaz de fumée et de gaz d'échappement provenant de grillage de chaux et de biogaz.
