Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present application are a photovoltaic module detection apparatus and method. The photovoltaic module detection apparatus comprises a light source and a projection display unit. The light source and the projection display unit are respectively provided at two opposite sides of a photovoltaic module to be detected; the projection display unit is used for displaying a projected image of the photovoltaic module to be detected which is subjected to irradiation from the light source. According to the photovoltaic module detection apparatus and method provided by the present application, by means of irradiation from the light source, the projected image of the photovoltaic module to be detected can be displayed on the projection display unit, and a bent corner of the photovoltaic module to be detected is also clearly displayed, so that defective photovoltaic modules can be accurately and quickly picked out; in addition, by removing the defective photovoltaic modules, the yield of final products ass
