The composition comprises a vector and a drug using FKBP10 and PCOLCE genes and/or the encoded proteins thereof as drug targets. The present invention achieves the effect of treating fibrosis-related diseases by intervening with FKBP10 and PCOLCE to inhibit the formation of tissue fibrosis, and to inhibit biological behaviors such as proliferation, differentiation, anti-apoptosis, and secretion of a large amount of extracellular matrix, etc., of skin fibroblasts. La présente invention concerne une composition de cibles de médicaments et son utilisation. La composition comprend un vecteur et un médicament utilisant les gènes FKBP10 et PCOLCE et/ou les protéines codées associées en tant que cibles de médicaments.
