Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an intelligent ceiling lamp (100) and a control method therefor. The intelligent ceiling lamp (100) comprises: a lens (1); a face ring (2), a front side thereof having the lens (1) fixed thereon; a shell (7) fixed to a rear side of the face ring (2) so as to form an accommodation cavity; a PCB (6) arranged inside the accommodation cavity and at the rear side of the lens (1); a communication module (4) which is used for receiving an external control signal and which is arranged on the PCB (6); and an LED module (5) arranged inside the accommodation cavity, the LED module (5) being electrically connected to the communication module (4) so as to be controlled by the communication module (4). By means of the clever arrangement of the lens (1), the face ring (2) and the shell (7), the structure assembly mode for the intelligent ceiling lamp is novel.
