It comprises, in the direction of production, at least two tubes (102; 103) which extend parallel to one another and are separated from one another by a binding zone (104) where the sheets resulting from the knitting process are interlinked. Cet insert textile tricoté en trois dimensions est obtenu en une seule étape par technologie à maille jetée sur métier Rachel à double fonture ou sur métier crochet. Il comporte en sens production au moins deux tubes (102; 103) s'étendant parallèlement entre eux, et séparés entre eux par une zone de liage (104) au niveau de laquelle les nappes résultant du tricotage sont liées entre elles.
