Zusammenfassung: | The fronthaul system (FS) for a wireless telecommunication network comprises: a plurality of baseband units (BB); at least a radio equipment controller module (REC) coupled to the plurality of baseband units (BB); a plurality of radio equipment modules (RE) coupled to at least one physical antenna port (ANT) and provided with at least a slave port (S) and at least a master port (M), wherein the slave port (S) is coupled to a master port (M) of the radio equipment controller module (REC) or to a master port (M) of another radio equipment module (RE), wherein each of the radio equipment modules (RE) is configured to receive an uplink antenna-carrier stream from a physical antenna port (ANT) and to transmit the received uplink antenna-carrier stream to its slave port (S) and, if it has a master port (M) connected to another radio equipment module (RE), it is configured to synchronize and sum the received uplink antenna-carrier stream with at least one uplink antenna-carrier stream received from said master port (M) to create a summed uplink antenna-carrier stream and to transmit the summed uplink antenna-carrier stream to its slave port (S), and wherein each of the radio equipment modules (RE) is configured to receive a downlink antenna-carrier stream from the radio equipment controller module (REC) or from another radio equipment module (RE) to its slave port (S) for the transmission to at least one of said physical antenna port (ANT)and, if it has a master port (M) connected to another radio equipment module (RE), it is configured to forward at least part of the downlink antenna- carrier stream to the master port (M).
L'invention concerne un système fronthaul (FS) destiné à un réseau de télécommunication sans fil qui comprend : une pluralité d'unités de bande de base (BB) ; au moins un module de commande d'équipement radio (REC) couplé à la pluralité d'unités de bande de base (BB) ; une pluralité de modules d'équipement radio (RE) couplés à au moins un port d'antenne physique (ANT) et pourvus d'au moins un port esclave (S) et d'au moins un port maître (M), le port esclave (S) étant couplé à un port maître (M) du module de commande d'équipement radio (REC) ou à un port maître (M) d'un autre module d'équipement radio (RE), chacun des modules d'équipement radio (RE) étant configuré pour recevoir un flux de porteuses à antenne de liaison montante provenant d'un port d'antenne physique (ANT) et pour transmettre le flux de porteuses à antenne de liaison montante |
