La présente invention concerne une technique de réglage de qualité vidéo. Un procédé de réglage de qualité selon des modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut fournir des vidéos ayant une pluralité de qualités en réglant, sans transcoder la vidéo fournie, la qualité de la vidéo par l'intermédiaire d'un schéma de multiplexage pour des trames de la vidéo.
