The at least one mobile robot (150) generates (320) at least one control signal to the elevator controller (110) for controlling an elevator in response to an interaction with at least one user in the predetermined position. The invention also relates to an elevator system and a mobile robot implementing at least portions of the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour commander un ascenseur. Selon le procédé, au moins un signal de commande est généré pour donner une instruction à au moins un robot mobile (150) à une position prédéterminée. Ledit robot mobile (150) génère (320) au moins un signal de commande au dispositif de commande d'ascenseur (110) pour commander un ascenseur en réponse à une interaction avec au moins un utilisateur dans la position prédéterminée.
