A vehicle air-conditioning system (1) that air-conditions the vehicle interior comprises: an overall air-conditioning device (10) that air-conditions the overall vehicle interior; and individual air-conditioning devices (50A, 50B, 80) that air-condition specific locations in the vehicle interior. The overall air-conditioning device has an overall control device (40) that controls the air-conditioning capacity of the overall air-conditioning device. The individual air-conditioning devices have individual control devices (70A, 70B, 90) that control the air-conditioning capacity of the individual air-conditioning devices. The overall control device and the individual control devices are configured so as to be able to communicate with each other.
