The electrode for a glucose sensor is formed such that the first side surface of the single-layer graphene has a redox-mediator present thereon and the second side surface of the single-layer graphene has glucose oxidase present thereon. La présente invention concerne une électrode pour un capteur de glucose, l'électrode comprenant un graphène monocouche, un médiateur redox et une glucose oxydase, et un capteur de glucose le comprenant pour un diagnostic in vitro.
