Zusammenfassung:	An inner container box (20) for use with a refrigeration and freezing device and a refrigeration and freezing device, the inner container box (20) comprising: at least one semiconductor chilling plate, which is disposed in a box wall of a box body (25) and which is used to chill a storage space; and at least one power supply interface (24), which is disposed on an outer side surface of the box body (25) and which is connected to the semiconductor chilling plate; the power supply interface (24) is used to connect to an external power supply so as to provide power to the semiconductor chilling plate. When a user transports the inner container box, for example when a user is driving, the described USB interface may be connected to a power supply socket in the vehicle so as to provide power to the semiconductor chilling plate inside of the inner container box. When the user transports the inner container box (20), for example when the user is driving, the described USB interface may be connected to a power supply
