Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to compositions, kits and methods using combinations of surfactants or cell wall-hydrolyzing enzymes with antibiotics to potentiate the antibiotic effect against bacterial infections. In some embodiments, the surfactant is a pore-forming biosurfactant such as rhamnolipids and the antibiotic is an aminoglycoside antibiotic such as tobramycin. La présente invention concerne des compositions, des trousses et des procédés utilisant des combinaisons de tensioactifs ou d'enzymes hydrolysant de paroi cellulaire avec des antibiotiques pour potentialiser l'effet antibiotique contre des infections bactériennes. Selon certains modes de réalisation, le tensioactif est un agent de surface biologique porogène tel que des rhamnolipides et l'antibiotique est un antibiotique aminoglycoside, tel que la tobramycine.
