Zusammenfassung:	Component (13) of a rainwater drainage system in underpressure (7), which, is provided with control means (14) to control the flow rate through a drainpipe (4) of the rainwater drainage system in underpressure (7), whereby the control means (14) are such that they allow the flow rate through the drainpipe concerned (4) to he increasingly reduced as and when an underpressure (ΔΡ) in the drainpipe concerned (4) becomes greater or as and when the flow speed in the drainpipe (4) increases and vice versa, L'invention concerne un composant (13) d'un système de drainage d'eau de pluie en sous-pression (7), qui est muni de moyens de commande (14) pour commander le débit à travers un tuyau de drainage (4) du système de drainage d'eau de pluie en sous-pression (7), les moyens de commande (14) étant tels qu'ils permettent au débit traversant le tuyau de drainage concerné (4) de diminuer progressivement au fur et à mesure qu'une sous-pression (ΔΡ) du tuyau de drainage (4) concerné devient supérieure ou au fur et à mesure que la vitesse du débit du tuyau de drainage (4) augmente et inversement.
