Zusammenfassung:A motor fixing structure comprises: a motor (2); a housing (1), wherein the motor is provided in the housing, and an axial-direction gap exists between the housing and one or both ends of the motor in an axial direction thereof; and a compressible elastic member (3) provided in the axial gap, wherein two ends of the compressible elastic member are for elastically acting on the motor and the housing, and the compressible elastic member is pre-compressed. When the temperature changes, an internal stress or a gap is formed as a result of different coefficients of thermal expansion of materials of the motor and the housing. The internal stress is formed because a deformation size of the motor is greater than that of the housing, and can be offset by means of the axial gap and the compressible elastic member. The gap is formed because the deformation size of the motor is smaller than that of the housing, and enlarges in an axial direction and can be offset by means of the pre-compressed compressible elastic member
