Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous metal support using metal powder injection molding and uniaxial compression molding. The present invention may comprise, in sequence, the steps of: (1) pretreating a metal powder and a binder; (2) injection molding a mixture of the pretreated metal powder and the binder in the form of a disc; (3) removing the binder from the disc; (4) firing the disc from which the binder has been removed; (5) uniaxially compressing the fired disc; (6) controlling the surface of the uniaxially compressed disc; and (7) depositing a separation film on the surface of the surface-controlled disc. The porous metal support manufactured by the present invention can be applied to various raw materials, can have a uniform surface pore size, and can be mass-produced.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un support métallique poreux par moulage par injection de poudre métallique et moulage par compression uni-axiale. La présente invention peut comprendre, en séquence, les étapes suivantes : (1) prétraitement d'une poudre métallique et d'un liant; (2) moulage par injection d'un mélange de la poudre métallique prétraitée et du liant sous la forme d'un disque; (3) retrait du liant du disque; (4) cuisson du disque duquel le liant a été retiré; (5) compression uni-axiale du disque cuit; (6) commande de la surface du disque à compression uni-axiale; et (7) dépôt d'un film de séparation sur la surface du disque à surface commandée. Le support métallique poreux fabriqué selon l'invention peut être appliqué à diverses matières premières, peut avoir une taille de pore de surface uniforme, et peut être produit en masse.
