Zusammenfassung:	A bogie and a suspension-type train having same. The bogie comprises: a frame (10) comprising a first mounting beam (11), a second mounting beam (12) and a third mounting beam (13), the third mounting beam (13) being provided in the vertical direction, the first mounting beam (11) and the second mounting beam (12) being symmetrically arranged at two sides of the third mounting beam (13), and the third mounting beam (13) being used for being connected to the roof of a carriage; and travelling mechanisms respectively provided on the first mounting beam (11) and the second mounting beam (12) and used for travelling on the rail. By means of the bogie and the suspension-type train having same, the problem in the prior art that a bogie cannot be applicable to a suspension-type train can be solved.
