Zusammenfassung:	A computer system operates to monitor an activity of a service provider to detect a first milestone that coincides with a service state of the service provider being changed to an unmatched state. The computer system tallies a value of a counter over a time interval during which the service provider is in an unmatched state. The computer system determines a credit value for the service provider based on at least one of the tallied value or a value associated with a detected tally milestone. Un système informatique fonctionne de sorte à surveiller une activité d'un fournisseur de services pour détecter un premier jalon qui coïncide avec un état de service du fournisseur de services qui est changé en un état non apparié. Le système informatique enregistre une valeur d'un compteur sur un intervalle de temps pendant lequel le fournisseur de services se trouve dans un état non apparié. Le système informatique détermine une valeur de crédit pour le fournisseur de services sur la base de la valeur enregistrée et/ou d'une valeur associée à un jalon enregistré détecté.
