Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition containing a cocktail set for evaluating the activity of a drug metabolizing enzyme of a novel drug candidate, and a method for evaluating the activity of a drug metabolizing enzyme of a novel drug candidate by using the same. When the composition and the method are used, the activity of 10 types of cytochrome P450 isozymes can be simultaneously evaluated such that effects on the activity of a drug metabolizing enzyme of a novel drug candidate can be rapidly measured, thereby enabling drug interactions in the body to be predicted. La présente invention concerne une composition contenant un ensemble cocktail permettant l'évaluation de l'activité d'une enzyme de métabolisation de médicament d'un nouveau médicament candidat, ainsi qu'un procédé d'évaluation de l'activité d'une enzyme de métabolisation de médicament d'un nouveau médicament candidat à l'aide de cette dernière.
