The present application relates to the application field of electronic technologies, and relates to a video surveillance device, a surveillance server and a system. The video surveillance device comprises a camera and a wireless receiver. The wireless receiver comprises a directional antenna. The device comprises at least one processor and a memory. At least one program is stored in the memory. The at least one program is configured to be executed by the at least one processor. The at least one program comprises instructions for performing the following operations: obtaining a surveillance picture captured by a camera; obtaining tag information of an electronic tag collected by the wireless receiver, the tag information comprising: an identity identifier ID of the electronic tag; and overlaying the tag information and the surveillance picture that correspond to a same time point, so as to generate a fused surveillance picture. The present application resolves the problem of low reliability of a surveillance p
