INDUSTRIAL PREPARATION METHOD FOR FOUR TYPES OF QUASSIN AND NOVEL APPLICATION OF SAME FOR PREPARATION OF DRUGS AND HEALTH FOOD

An industrial preparation method suitable for extracting four types of quassin ingredient from eurycoma longifolia plants, and an application for preparing products. Ultrasonic countercurrent water extraction and silica gel-low boiling point solvent chromatography are used to separate four types of quassin ingredient from eurycoma longifolia plants and purify same. Any one of the four types of quassin ingredient can be prepared into an oral formulation or an injection solution used for improving male tardive hypogonadism and mild to moderate depression. The present production method has strong continuity, and is large scale, highly safe, and suitable for industrial amplification; the product has good stability, high purity, high product quality, and no residual toxic solvents; and the drug has great potential for application, meriting in-depth development.
