The fingerprint module comprises a fingerprint identification chip, a flexible circuit board, and a pressure detection unit, wherein the pressure detection unit comprises a rigid substrate and a pressure detection circuit formed on the rigid substrate; the fingerprint identification chip and the pressure detection unit are respectively provided on two opposing surfaces of the flexible circuit board, and are respectively and electrically connected to the flexible circuit board.
