HYDROGEN GAS DISCHARGING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a hydrogen gas discharging device, which is configured to comprise: an electrolyzer which electrolyzes ballast water; a gas-water separator which receives treated water from the electrolyzer and separates the treated water into a gas and a liquid; an air blower which is provided with a first opening and closing valve and supplies air to a gas discharging pipe of the gas-water separator; an air supply pipe which is provided with a second opening and closing valve and supplies pre-compressed air to the gas discharging pipe of the gas-water separator; and a control unit which receives power from an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) unit during a power outage and controls the first opening and closing valve and the second opening and closing valve.
