Disclosed is a method for an acoustic device. The method comprises: using a shell injection mold to produce an annular shell of an acoustic device by injection molding, a runner structure formed by injection molding being connected to the periphery of the annular shell; positioning the annular shell, and forming, on the annular shell, a diaphragm for sealing a hollow area of the annular shell; removing the runner structure connected to the periphery of the annular shell; and installing a magnetic circuit system on the annular shell, and mounting a voice coil on the diaphragm. The method has a technical effect that chippings generated by cutting the runner structure can be prevented from being sealed in the diaphragm.
