WAFER ROTATING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a wafer rotating device comprising: a base provided inside a chemical vapor deposition device for forming a thin film on a wafer; a susceptor rotatably provided on an upper part of the base; and a satellite rotatably provided on an upper part of the susceptor and on which the wafer is loaded, wherein the base discharges operating gas, the susceptor is rotated by the operating gas discharged from the base, and the satellite is formed so as to be rotated by the operating gas having rotated the susceptor. Therefore, a structure of the wafer rotating device can be simplified, manufacturing costs can be reduced, restriction on the material of the susceptor can be removed, and the thickness of the susceptor can be reduced.
