La présente invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir la surface d'un implant polymère souple avec un polymère biocompatible de telle sorte que le revêtement ne se fissure pas lorsque l'implant est soumis à des forces mécaniques telles que la tension, la torsion ou la flexion tout en conservant les propriétés intrinsèques du polymère revêtu.
