The method comprises: determining a main posture parameter of a current image on the basis of a first overlapping area in the current image; projecting the current image to a projection screen on the basis of the main posture parameter to produce an initial stitched image; selecting a local overlapping area in a second overlapping area of the initial stitched image; calculating a local posture parameter of a local image area in the current image corresponding to the local overlapping area; and re-projecting the current image to the projection screen on the basis of the main posture parameter and of the local posture parameter to produce a target stitched image.
