The acceleration sensor comprises a base (01), a cantilever beam (02) and a mass (03) fixed on the base (01) through the cantilever beam (02). The mass (03) has a shape that is symmetric about its center. The cantilever beam (02) comprises four L-shaped arms (021), wherein a long arm of each of the L-shaped arms (021) is connected to the base (01), a short arm of the L-shaped arm (021) is connected to the mass (03), and any two adjacent L-shaped arms (021) are in an axially symmetric arrangement. As the cantilever beam (02) is composed of four L-shaped arms (021) that are disposed symmetrically and the four L-shaped arms (021) are restrained by one another transversely, the cantilever beam (02) has high resistance to transverse interference and is simple in structure and thus easy to manufacture.
