Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a gold nanoparticle complex having alendronate labeled to the surface thereof, the gold nanoparticle complex comprising: a gold nanoparticle and an alendronate fixed to the surface of the gold nanoparticle by a linker having a sulfhydryl group. According to the present invention, as described above, a complex in which a gold nanoparticle has an alendronate group bound to the surface thereof through a linker having a sulfhydryl group is provided, whereby there is the effect of providing a complex that is stable to calcium ion concentrations and capable of precisely quantitating calcium ion concentrations. La présente invention concerne un complexe de nanoparticules d'or ayant un alendronate marqué à sa surface, le complexe de nanoparticules d'or comprenant : une nanoparticule d'or et un alendronate fixé à la surface de la nanoparticule d'or par un lieur comprenant un groupe sulfhydryle. La présente invention, comme décrit ci-dessus, concerne un complexe dans lequel une nanoparticule d'or a un groupe alendronate lié à sa surface par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur comprenant un groupe sulfhydryle, ce qui permet d'obtenir un complexe qui est stable par rapport à des concentrations d'ions calcium et capable de quantifier avec précision des concentrations d'ions calcium. 본 발명은 표면에 알렌드로네이트가 표지된 금나노입자 복합체에 관한 것으로서, 금나노입자; 및 상기 금나노입자 표면에 설프하이드릴기(sulfhydryl group)를 갖는 링커(linker)에 의하여 고정되는 알렌드로네이트를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 설프하이드릴기을 가지는 링커를 통하여 금나노입자 표면에 알렌드로네이트기가 결합된 복합체를 제공함으로써, 칼슘이온 농도에 대하여 안정적이며, 정밀하고 칼슘이온농도의 정량적인 측정이 가능한 복합체를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
