THIOLATED ALENDRONATE-LABELED GOLD NANOPARTICLE COMPLEX, FABRICATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF

The present invention relates to a gold nanoparticle complex having alendronate labeled to the surface thereof, the gold nanoparticle complex comprising: a gold nanoparticle and an alendronate fixed to the surface of the gold nanoparticle by a linker having a sulfhydryl group. According to the present invention, as described above, a complex in which a gold nanoparticle has an alendronate group bound to the surface thereof through a linker having a sulfhydryl group is provided, whereby there is the effect of providing a complex that is stable to calcium ion concentrations and capable of precisely quantitating calcium ion concentrations. La présente invention concerne un complexe de nanoparticules d'or ayant un alendronate marqué à sa surface, le complexe de nanoparticules d'or comprenant : une nanoparticule d'or et un alendronate fixé à la surface de la nanoparticule d'or par un lieur comprenant un groupe sulfhydryle.
