The composition of the present invention can effectively alleviate atopic dermatitis by inhibiting the expression of TSLP gene and protein. La présente invention concerne : une composition pharmaceutique permettant de soulager, de prévenir ou de traiter une maladie allergique ; et une composition cosmétique permettant d'améliorer l'état de la peau. La composition de la présente invention permet de soulager efficacement une dermatite atopique par inhibition de l'expression du gène et de la protéine TSLP. 본 발명은 알러지 질환의 개선, 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 피부상태 개선용 화장료 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 TSLP 유전자 및 단백질의 발현을 억제하여 아토피성 피부염을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있다.
