Zusammenfassung:	A vertical lifting type bicycle parking rack comprises an upright column (01), a lifting bicycle frame (08). Two nitrogen springs (02) are disposed in the upright column (01) in the vertical direction. One end of each of the two nitrogen springs (02) is disposed on the top of the upright column (01), and a first movable pulley assembly (0301) and a second movable pulley assembly (0302) are disposed on the other end of each of the two nitrogen springs (02). A first fixed pulley assembly (05) and a second fixed pulley assembly (06) are disposed on the top of the upright column (01). One end of a steel rope (04) is fixed to the upright column (01), and other end is connected to the lifting bicycle frame (08) by respectively winding over the first movable pulley assembly (0301), the second fixed pulley assembly (06), the second movable pulley assembly (0302) and the first fixed pulley assembly (05).
