Zusammenfassung:	A drug-loading instrument and a preparation method therefor, the drug-loading instrument comprising an instrument body (10) and a drug coating (12) which is disposed on a surface of the instrument body (10). The drug-loading instrument has a contracted state and an expanded state, wherein the outer diameter of the drug-loading instrument in the contracted state is smaller than the outer diameter of the drug-loading instrument in the expanded state. A protective sleeve (20) is sleeved on an outer portion of the drug-loading instrument. The protective sleeve (20) is made of a high polymer material, and the protective sleeve (20) may swell in an organic solvent. During preparation, the protective sleeve (20) first swells in a solvent to a larger inner diameter, and is then sleeved on a surface of the drug-loading instrument, after the organic solvent evaporates, the protective sleeve (20) shrinks to the original size thereof and tightly wraps the outer portion of the drug-loading instrument.
