Zusammenfassung:Provided is a PCR fluorescence detector in which a PCR reaction tube (33) is placed in a first through hole (4), a second through hole (6) and a third through hole (8) so that a bottom of the PCR reaction tube (33) is located at the third through hole (8), and a liquid level of PCR reaction solution in the PCR reaction tube (33) is located at the first through hole (4). Thus a 95°C heating plate (7) heats the bottom of the PCR reaction tube (33), and a 60°C heating plate (5) heats the liquid level of the PCR reaction solution in the PCR reaction tube (33). Thereby, a temperature difference occurs between the upper and lower ends of the PCR reaction tube (33). The temperature difference causes the PCR reaction solution in the PCR reaction tube (33) to flow from a bottom high temperature zone to a top low temperature zone, forming a convection. Because of the temperature difference and the convection, DNA can be continuously amplified in the PCR fluorescence detector, and there is no need to continuously increa
