A smart distribution apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a housing (1); an operation module (2), disposed on the housing (1) and used to receive an operation command; a transaction module (4), disposed on the housing (1) and used to process a cash-on-delivery transaction, comprising currency; a distribution module (5), disposed on the housing (1) and used to provide multiple products to multiple users; and a processor (3), disposed in the housing (1) and electrically connected to the operation module (2), the transaction module (4) and the distribution module (5). When the processor (3) receives an operation command, the processor (3) performs transaction verification and receives currency by means of the transaction module (4), and the distribution module (5) provides multiple products to multiple users as indicated by the operation command.
