The method comprises presenting at least one other user for the user to follow; allowing the user to select a user of the at least one other user to compare wellness information; and providing, to the user, the information related to wellness activities of the selected user. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant à un utilisateur de recevoir des informations associées à un objectif de bien-être à l'aide d'un dispositif de suivi de bien-être. Le procédé consiste à présenter au moins un autre utilisateur que l'utilisateur peut suivre; permettre à l'utilisateur de sélectionner un utilisateur parmi le ou les autres utilisateurs afin de comparer les informations de bien-être; et fournir à l'utilisateur les informations relatives aux activités de bien-être de l'utilisateur sélectionné.
