THREADED JOINT FOR TUBULAR COMPONENT

Threaded joint comprising a first and a second tubular component screwed together, wherein a male element of the first component has, on its outer peripheral surface, a male inner lip having an inner ring (11) of minimum thickness Epi and a male threaded area (13), an inner end of this male threaded area is at a non-zero axial distance (Li) from a male distal end, and wherein a female element of the second component comprises successively, on its inner peripheral surface, a female inner housing (24) arranged to face the male inner lip and a female threaded area (23), such that, in the screwed position of the joint, a radial clearance remains between the male inner ring and the female inner housing and an inner seal (Ei) is formed locally between the male inner lip and the female inner housing, the joint being such that: 0% ≤ Epi/Li.
