Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a microchannel-type aluminum heat exchanger and a manufacturing method therefor, the exchanger and method being capable of: increasing heat exchange efficiency since a heat exchange tube is formed in a microchannel shape; increasing the utilization of a space since a heat exchanger produced by forming the microchannel-shaped heat exchange tube in a coil spring shape has a reduced volume compared to that of a conventional heat exchanger, thereby enabling an installation space of the heat exchanger to be reduced; and increasing productivity through simplification of a structure and improving economic efficiency through a reduction in manufacturing costs since the heat exchanger, which has the heat exchange tube formed in a coil spring shape, does not have a header. La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur en aluminium du type à microcanaux et son procédé de fabrication, l'échangeur et le procédé pouvant : augmenter l'efficacité d'échange de chaleur du fait qu'un tube d'échange de chaleur prend une forme de microcanal ; augmenter l'utilisation d'un espace du fait que l'échangeur de chaleur, fabriqué par conformation en ressort hélicoïdal du tube d'échange de chaleur en forme de microcanal, présente un volume réduit par rapport à celui d'un échangeur de chaleur classique, ce qui permet de réduire un espace d'installation de l'échangeur de chaleur ; et augmenter la productivité au moyen de la simplification d'une structure et améliorer l'efficacité économique grâce à une réduction des coûts de fabrication du fait que l'échangeur de chaleur, dont le tube d'échange de chaleur prend une forme de ressort hélicoïdal, ne comporte pas de collecteur. 본 발명은 열교환 튜브가 마이크로 채널형으로 이루어져 열교환 효율을 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 마이크로 채널형으로 이루어진 열교환 튜브를 코일스프링 형상으로 형성한 열교환기는 종래의 열교환기에 비해 부피를 감소시켜 열교환기의 설치면적을 줄일 수 있으므로 공간의 활용도를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 열교환 튜브를 코일스프링 형상으로 형성한 열교환기는 헤더를 구비하지 않음으로 구조의 간소화로 생산성을 증대시킴은 물론 제조원가의 절감으로 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 마이크로채널 타입 알루미늄 열교환기 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
