Provided according to the present invention are an environment-friendly, waterborne polyurethane resin which is free of toxic substances in addition to exhibiting excellent printing properties, such as adhesion, anti-blocking property, waterproofness, and the like, a coating composition and a containing film, both containing the same resin. La présente invention concerne une résine de polyuréthane respectueuse de l'environnement, un procédé pour sa préparation et une composition de revêtement la comprenant. La présente invention concerne une résine aqueuse de polyuréthane respectueuse de l'environnement qui est exempte de substances toxiques en plus de présenter d'excellentes propriétés d'impression, telles que l'adhérence, la propriété antiblocage, l'étanchéité à l'eau et analogues, une composition de revêtement et un film, tous deux contenant la même résine. 본 발명은 친환경 폴리우레탄 수지, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 부착성, 안티-블로킹 특성, 내수성 등 인쇄 특성이 우수할뿐 아니라 유독물을 포함하지 않아 친환경적인 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지, 이를 포함하는 코팅 조성물 및 코팅 필름을 제공할 수 있다.
