ANTIVIRAL ARYL-AMIDE PHOSPHODIAMIDE COMPOUNDS

Compounds of Formula (I): (Formula (I)) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful for the inhibition of HIV reverse transcriptase. The compounds may also be useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of infection by HIV and in the prophylaxis, delay in the onset or progression, and treatment of AIDS. The compounds and their salts can be employed as ingredients in pharmaceutical compositions, optionally in combination with other antiviral agents, immunomodulators, antibiotics or vaccines. La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I): (Formule (I)) et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, utiles pour inhiber la transcriptase inverse du VIH. Ces composés peuvent également être utiles pour prévenir ou traiter l'infection par le VIH et dans la prévention, retarder l'apparition ou la progression du SIDA et le traiter. Lesdits composés et leurs sels peuvent être utilisés comme ingrédients dans des compositions pharmaceutiques, éventuellement en combinaison avec d'autres agents antiviraux, immunomodulateurs, antibiotiques ou vaccins.
