The present invention relates to a toxicity evaluation chamber device and, more specifically, to a toxicity evaluation chamber device: capable of separating and accurately testing toxicity evaluations in which a test material is applied to an eyeball or a respiratory organ of an experimental animal; comprising a chamber unit such that a first chamber, to which a test material is supplied, and a second chamber, to which clean air is supplied, are independently sealed from each other by having a barrier placed therebetween; and enabling only one part of an eyeball and a respiratory organ in an animal cage to be exposed to the first chamber, such that the eyeball and the respiratory organ are not influenced by each other because of the test material and the toxicity of the test material can be independently and accurately evaluated.
