Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rotor of an axial motor that can increase the output density thereof by concentrating magnetic flux, by disposing a rotor core and a permanent magnet in the rotor, and an axial motor using the same. The rotor of the axial motor according to the present invention comprises: a shaft in which a rotation axis is disposed in a central portion thereof; a first housing which is formed to surround the shaft spaced apart from the shaft, of which both side portions are perforated in a rotation axis direction, and which has a tubular shape; rotor cores which are disposed radially between the shaft and the first housing to be spaced apart from the shaft by a fixed interval; a plurality of permanent magnets which are radially disposed between the rotor cores; and a second housing which is provided on both exposed side surfaces of the plurality of permanent magnets and supports the plurality of permanent magnets in the rotation axis direction.
La présente invention porte sur un rotor d'un moteur axial qui peut augmenter la densité de sortie de ce dernier par concentration du flux magnétique, en disposant un noyau de rotor et un aimant permanent dans le rotor, et sur un moteur axial faisant appel à un tel rotor. Selon l'invention, le rotor du moteur axial est pourvu : d'un arbre comportant un axe de rotation dans sa partie centrale ; d'un premier carter, formé de façon à entourer l'arbre à une certaine distance de ce dernier, dont les deux parties latérales sont perforées dans une direction d'axe de rotation, et qui présente une forme tubulaire ; des noyaux de rotor disposés radialement entre l'arbre et le premier carter de façon à être à distance de l'arbre d'un certain intervalle fixe ; d'une pluralité d'aimants permanents disposés radialement entre les noyaux de rotor ; et d'un second carter disposé sur les deux surfaces latérales exposées de la pluralité d'aimants permanents et qui supporte la pluralité d'aimants permanents dans la direction de l'axe de rotation.
