The composition contains substantially no boron oxide or barium oxide, but contains 43-53 mol% of SiO2, 12-33 mol% of CaO, 12-33 mol% of MgO, 1-7 mol% of La2O3, and 0-4.5 mol% of ZnO. L'invention concerne une composition vitreuse d'étanchéification qui, par cuisson sous forme d'une poudre à une température de 900-1150°C, devient cristalline, présentant un coefficient de dilatation thermique de 80-110 × 10-7/°C à 50-850°C. La composition ne contient pratiquement pas d'oxyde de bore ni d'oxyde de baryum, mais contient 43-53 % en mole de SiO2, 12-33 % en mole de CaO, 12-33 % en mole de MgO, 1-7 % en mole de La2O3 et 0-4,5 % en mole de ZnO. 粉末の形態で900~1150℃の温度にて焼成することにより50~850℃における熱膨張係数80~110×10-7/℃を示す結晶化ガラスを生じる封着用ガラス組成物が開示されている。当該組成物は,酸化ホウ素と酸化バリウムの何れも実質的に含有せず,SiO2:43~53mol%,CaO:12~33mol%,MgO:12~33mol%,La2O3:1~7mol%,及びZnO:0~4.5mol%を含んでなる。
