BATTERY BOX FOR AUTOMOTIVE BATTERY TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT

A battery box, supporting structure and insuring thermal management of one or more battery cells allowing a temperature control of said battery cells environment to insure its optimal operational condition, the battery box comprises at least one aluminum hollow profile, wherein said aluminium hollow profile comprises at least two chambers, wherein at least one chamber is filled with a first phase change material having a melting point T1F and at least one chamber is filled with a second phase change material having a melting point T2F, where T1F > T2F. L'invention concerne un boîtier de batterie supportant une structure et assurant la gestion thermique d'une ou plusieurs cellules de batterie, permettant de commander la température de l'environnement des cellules de batterie afin d'assurer un état de fonctionnement optimal de celcui-ci, lequel boîtier de batterie comprend au moins un profil creux en aluminium, ledit profil creux en aluminium comprenant au moins deux chambres, au moins une chambre étant remplie d'un premier matériau à changement de phase ayant un point de fusion T1F, et au moins une chambre est remplie d'un second matériau à changement de phase ayant un point de fusion T2F, où T1F > T2F.
