The invention further relates to a method for producing the emulsion, as well as to the use of the emulsion in order to improve the ravelling resistance of a cold mix. L'invention concerne une émulsion bitumineuse comprenant au moins un bitume, au moins un émulsifiant, de l'acide phosphorique ou un de ses dérivés, au moins une phase aqueuse, et au moins un additif particulier. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de préparation de ladite émulsion ainsi que l'utilisation de l'émulsion pour améliorer la résistance au désenrobage d'un enrobé coulé à froid.
